How to report a card

If you see a card that breaks these guidelines:

  1. Use the Report option on the card in the app, where available; and/or
  2. Email [email protected] with the subject "MonScan community report" and include the card name, the illustrator name shown on the card, a screenshot, and why you are reporting it.

Email is the most reliable way to give us full details while we improve in-app reporting. We review every report and aim to act on it promptly, normally within a few business days, and sooner for content that may put someone at risk. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

You can also report offensive AI chat answers to the same email address.

What we do

If you think your card was removed by mistake, email us with the card details and we will review it.

Managing your own cards

You can delete a card you shared from within MonScan; deleting the collection that contains it also deletes the shared card. Cards that other users already downloaded may remain on their devices. See Delete your MonScan data.
